Khadi® – Pure Rose Water

My all-time favourite type of product is without a doubt face toners. I use it every day in the morning and in the evening, so it runs out pretty quickly. The upside is I get to try out a new one. The latest in my collection is this Indian Rose Water, which is absolutely amazing!

I’m really in love with this product, for several reasons. First of all, I adore rose waters, toners, basically anything that contains rose extract. I love how these products smell and how they make my skin feel very soft and fresh. And honestly, I just really like the idea of having “roses” on my face, haha. Another reason why this particular toner is fantastic, is because it only has two ingredients: rose petals and distilled water. Awesome, isn’t it? Plus, it’s a certified vegan product. It can’t get any purer than that.

It does have a pretty strong smell and I read some negative reviews about that. But to be honest, it’s really not that bad. Yes, it smells stronger than most toners, but it doesn’t stink or anything. And it’s a small price to pay for a product that doesn’t contain any chemical additives. In fact, I think its distinct smell is kind of normal seeing as you store it for quite some time without any preservatives.

In any case, this is a really great toner and being 100% natural it’s especially perfect for people with sensitive skin. There’s also an additional pump dispenser, so you can reuse the bottle for something else or use the rose water as a spray. Definitely a nice addition.

Khadi® is an Indian brand that combines natural cosmetics and ayurveda, a system of medicine with historical roots.
